Well built. Easy to install (for me). I had to modify my corner mantle opening and change the gas line from the previous unit. I bought a fitting kit. Everything went smoothly. Lucky I had an ac outlet behind everything for the ignition etc. Love it. Remote control on and off is a great upgrade from the last one. Highly recommend. Oh... packaging was great too. No damage or scratches scratches. AAA+++

Good product. Works as advertised. Instructions are a bit confusing as the drawings are hard to see. The ‘figures’ in the instructions would be easier to follow if the line drawings were replaced with actual photos. One of my logs was kinda beat up in shipment so I called the customer service people at Bluegress living, Ms. JerQuana Price, and she was VERY helpful getting a replacement log shipped to me. The only thing I found disappointing was that the sheet metal plate holding the optional fan switch that I also installed was kinda flimsy. The sheet metal bent easily when I pushed the provided rocker switch into the open sheet metal cutout for it. I was able to bend it back straight again after installing the switch, but it was irritating when it happened. The same can be said for the screen you install in front of the logs. The sheet metal is kinda flimsy. Flame and heat output is great and the optional blower fan is reasonably quiet as well. I’d definitely buy it again

the fireplace looked like it had been used and logs were broken writing on controls was wore off will not buy form them again that was the second one we had bought
