Doesn't work

It will burn for maybe 5 -10 minutes and then shut off. I've had plumbers look at it multiple times and still not working. I bought it August 30, 21 for a new house that wasn't complete until November, and have been trying since I moved in and it hasn't worked yet. It does have a 1 year manufacturer warranty that I am trying to contact and get it taken care of.
No, I do not recommend this product.
