Purchased November 28th of last year. Only used sparingly November through March and put up for the summer. Got it out to use this winter and it worked 2 days. Better buy the extra warranty on this one, if you buy it at all. Waste of money.

It constantly beeps and shuts off. Can only use at the lowest temperature. Customer Service is no help. Avoid this and get the Redstone infrared heater.

Had this heater less then a year and the controls are malfunctioning already won't stay set at any temperature it's all over the place and will not stop beeping the design of the touch screen panel is poorly made .
