Ordering through TSC was easy and efficient. Was kept well informed during the entire process of ordering, shipping and availability for pickup. The bike is amazing. My son loves it! Performs exactly as described. The frame did come with a few scratches and the back section of the seat has a small tear. The display is also not working correctly showing low battery although fully charged. Also intermittently, not showing the speed or level of performance (ex. 1,2,or 3). I will first try to contact Droyd directly to resolve these concerns.

So, great bike excellent torque and power although our package came unsealed with scratches in fender and missing 2 screws. Assembly took about an hour.
