Bad Customer Service

The trike was a lot of fun when we first got it. Used it for a couple months before storing for the winter. This spring the unit just stopped working. Massimo mad us trailer it to a repair shop over an hour away. They have had it for nearly two months saying that Massimo hasn’t provided them documents they need to diagnose it. I have been on the phone with Massimo 6 times and I have no idea when we will get this back.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Excellent I love it!

This is absolutely fantastic!! I am super impressed with how much pep This has! I just bought a brand new golf cart for over 15k and I wish  I would have found this first because imo this is far better than the  Golf cart. The front seat is made for someone 5’7” or shorter (imo) but he  Backseat? Is large enough for 2 adults

Massimo has horrible customer “service”

I purchased this e-trike and the charger was broken when I received the trike. It took months for a replacement and they initially sent to the wrong address. Trike still didn’t work. Turns out was shipped with bad batteries. Again, shipped to wrong address. Wrong type of batteries sent. Many hours over many months before correct part sent to correct address. Didn’t arrive until late fall so have only been able to ride about 15 miles before storing for winter. An entire year wasted.

No, I do not recommend this product.
