Customer service was awful. I watched my package sit in Nashville for a week. I finally called customer service and they said, "oh, the package must be lost". No sorry, did not offer express shipping on the replacement, and didn't seem to care that now I would be over 3 weeks behind in using my discs in the field. On Monday, I called again to see if the replacement had shipped. I was told that it had. I had received no email as was promised with a notice of shipping and a tracking number for the replacement part. I asked why no expedited shipping? You would think as you are supposed to be supportive of farmers and you lost my first order. Nope! So she offered a gift card "for my troubles". I said sure....$39.xx the cost of my item. She emailed me a $40.xx gift card. This still does not help the new battle with mother nature that this delay caused. There was no sympathy on the part of Tractor Supply. This company has changed over the past few years. I'm sure the disc will work fine. Now it needs to stop raining.

Fit older IH model 27 disc perfectly. Had 1 1/8 hole.
