Great heat, poor features.

It's ok. Not what I thought it was. Large hopper is nice. Window smokes up within hours, even with quality pellets. It runs constantly, there is no provision to put a thermostat on it to have it shut down and start back up. Had I known that, i would have opted for a different stove. Had an old Breckwell that used a thermostat and it saved a ton of pellets. It does put out good heat though. If it had the capability to use a thermostat to shutdown and restart and didn't soot up the glass so bad, I would have given it 5 stars.

We are not happy at all with this Pellet Stove. We owned the previous version of this, both sold at Tractor Supply, but chose to upgrade due to having to replace parts after six years of almost full time use. Our previous stove was AWESOME! Cleaned every 3-4 days, burned pellets clean and never smelled, heated our house to exactly what we needed. This new stove does none of these things. Purchased and installed stove in November 2025. Does not throw as much heat, takes forever to cool down to clean, hopper gets HOT, (YES we use the damper correctly...last stove didn't have the exterior part) have to clean out daily due to amount of ash and RED HOT coals (never had this issue), lots of ash in exhaust, smells horrible....and so many more complaints!

It is bad for getting jammed with pellets and the drops way to many no matter how low the setting is it gets to hot in my home I would like a refund but they won't refund me for it wish I never bought it
