When ordering this gate I was charged $500 just to ship to my local store. I was put through hoops to get a tracking number and after repeatedly being forced to go to the store numerous times the wrong gate was shipped and delivered. It’s currently going on 2 1/2 months since I ordered the product and I still have not received and have not gotten any sort of refund.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Bad website, communication and the products never

This is the second time I've ordered a product online and it doesn't arrive. I can't even see the order details. They definitely need to improve their delivery, because the delivery time is incredibly long, and in the end, they don't arrive. The store's response is that it was lost in transit (for God's sake). The purchases we make are necessary for work. They should improve the website, which is poor, the deliveries, and the communication. They don't even send a text to say: "Why isn't it arriving?"
