American FarmWorks Yellow Snap-on 5 in. Extender T-Post Insulators is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 20.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money on these We bought 2 bags to finish fencing in a pasture. Tractor Supply had some in stock, we bought two bags. They broke before we even got them on the T-post! The top four in the picture show where they broke, the one on the top left is cracked and can't be used. The bottom two broke in the same place. The plastic is too rigid and has no one ounce of give so they can't be installed without breaking. This is a bag of 25 and six broke and are of no use. We didn't spend a lot of money on these but it was our money and we needed them to do the job. It's not worth the money to spend on something that will crack and break on the first go round.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One bag was great Bought two packages of these for a new section of fence one worked great but the other package all were breaking before they could attach to the t-post. Returned them for another bag of 25. Hopefully just a bad batch of plastic...

The manager told me this would work with the 1/2 in poly, but the bag only says for the wire, whose right?

Asked by: QHmom
This insulator can be used with steel wire, aluminum wire, polyrope or polywire, but is not recommended for polytape.
