Do not last long very long, get brittle, in a short period of time.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the American Farm Works Wood Post Knob Insulators. We’re sorry to hear they became brittle sooner than expected. These insulators are designed for durability when properly installed, so making sure they are mounted securely and not over-tightened can help prevent stress that may lead to cracking over time.

Easy to work with

These were so much easier to deal with than the screw in type. There are stand-off tabs on the bottom that hold them in the position you prefer. Great value for your money!

DO NOT BUY

these insulators degrade within one year. I have well over 5 hundred I need to replace. the time to replace it is not just the wasted money but the wasted time. i have over three miles of fence to maintain and I would like to not have to constantly have to replace insulators. if you read the reviews on the web site they try to say it was a bad batch but the poor reviews span many years.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Our insulators are covered by a 1-year replacement policy for manufacturer defects. Please contact us at 855-592-7322 with any questions!
