Each reel contains 656 ft. of poly fencing, which is woven with 6 highly conductive strands, creating an effective barrier for your horses and livestock. Thanks to its portable design, this polywire can be wound back on its spool and redeployed for another fence as needed. It's also rustproof to help ensure greater longevity. Available in a black and yellow design, this fencing offers high contrast visibility.

For my application a single cow in a small area it works well. Highly portable, Easy and quick to install. keeps her contained with a highly visible boundary. She has the knowledge that it will shock her if she decides to test that boundary. Conductivity and the tensile strength is sufficient. And it is durable in the weather.

Very temporary
a year ago
This polywire breaks at least once per week. It's 6 strand the heavier gauge lasts longer in UV light. I walk my fence everyday I have 2 to runs of poly one 6 strand & 1 3 strand, the 3 strand heavier gauge lasted 3yrs before a break. I do recommend the heavier but the 6 strand doesn't last long, 6 months.
