American FarmWorks Yellow 25-Pack Nail-On 5-in. Extender Insulators is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Brittle plastic I fenced an acre using these insulators. It is almost impossible not to hit the square around the wire holder with hammer at least once, but there is no flexibility in the plastic so the top of the square breaks off. Most are still useable but I've had to throw away about 5%.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Use screws instead of nails. As the title states, use screws instead of nails because if you need to move or repair a section, there's no way to get the nails out without severely damaging the insulator. They're also somewhat flimsy and deform easily, so plan on using ceramic insulators are the main load bearing supports and these merely to keep the wire/tape in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from holding up well I purchased these insulators 2 1/2 years ago to add a hot tape on the inside of my stud pen and was concerned the package at the time didn't mention UV stablized as I have found some brands will crumble in a years time if the plastic is poorer quality. These, the color is still very yellow and I have not seen any breakdown yet. The nail is pretty heavy duty thickness so not as easy to bend on accident when driving and gives some rigidity to the insulator upon install.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for heavy snow. Easy to install. Breaks off under snow loading in winter. I have lost 20% of these insulators each winter due to crusted snow loading the wire and breaking the insulator.
