It's a great tiller, asembly was easy

This tiller has the power, width, ease of cranking I need to handle our Spring and Fall gardens. I recommend this tiller. The one negative, installation instructions were terrible. Fortunately, telephone support was very good.

The Yard Force Tiller YF21-FTT tiller works well I did have to replace the tires with larger ones because the depth gauge sank into the garden soil not allowing me to control depth of tilling. What I did find unacceptable was BRIGGS AND STRATTONS customer service or the complete lack of it. The on off switch was hanging by the wires and did not clip into the receptacle. when I attempted to contact customer service, I was directed to give my zip code to obtain a list of authorized service centers. The center would not accept my zip code saying it was invalid. Yard force customer service helped me acquire this list. When I did contact the service center I was informed to contact Tractor supplies service center, they don't have a repair center. Being completely disappointed with BRIGGS AND STRATTON I applied an extreme amount of pressure, in my opinion, on the switch and it did snap in. In the future I will attempt to avoid any equipment with a BRIGGS AND STRATTON engine.

Nice size tiller/cultivator for my needs.
