poor company, I would give no stars if I could

My product was sent and returned several times, when it finally arrived it came without instructions but did have a note inside saying to go to their web site for how to set up. I could not find anything on their site. They also said to call for help, the note provided a phone number. Woman answered and immediately she said "can I call you right back" she never did. Poor customer service and poor product that you can't set up.
