Q: Looking to power 1-2 standard 6-qt crockpots for a few hours at a tailgate. Will this do the job?

1 Answer
  • A: Without knowing the exact power requirements of your crockpot, we are unable to provide an accurate answer. We highly recommend that you consult the owner's manual for your crockpot to ensure the total wattage is within the power station wattage. However, my research showed that a standard 6-quart crockpot has a maximum output of 280 watts. Therefore, you may want to consider our iGen1000s, which has 3000 peak watts and 1500 running watts, to ensure you are able to power both crockpots with ease. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@wpowereq.com or call us at 1-855-944-3571 and we'd be happy to assist you!

  • A: Thank you for your inquiry! While a solar panel isn't essential for the operation of this unit, we strongly recommend considering our Westinghouse Solar Panels as a valuable addition to your iGen300s experience. Our solar panels are available for purchase on tractorsupply.com.

Portable, sleek and accessible for all

I bought this about a week ago and love the price point for what you get. There are multiple ports making this accessible for multiple applications. I bought as a power outage backup for inside of the house to use with my outdoor inverter generator. My only concern is the instructions for charging on not straight forward and it appears you need a higher watt charging brick as most seem not to be compatible. I wish this would have come with a brick in addition to the charging cable which was already with it to help with recharging.

Yes, I recommend this product.
