Traveller 2/6A Manual Battery Charger is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beware, this is a Manual charger, NOT automatic That is, it will not back off automatically to a float/maintenance charge level but will keep pumping out the 2 or 6 Amps and overcharge/boil out the battery probably killing it. The meter is undependable, use your own voltmeter. Sadly, this is not a good value and will not suit the average user safely.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from meter is no good The needle in the meter fell off. I have not found a way to order parts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nearly a catastrophe Bought to charge a dead 12V tractor battery. Left on trickle charge for 6 hrs per the instructions, but the indicator needle never moved off of 25%. I checked several times per hour with no change. Later when I checked it the battery was boiling over, still at 25%. Save your money and eliminate the risk! It's going back.

I have Traveller 1015887. It has only a % of Charge scale. But under BATTERY CHARGER CONTROLS it has a section for AMMETER and also READING AMMETER it says the ammeter will read either 2 or 6 amps. How does it read amps on a % of charge scale only.

Asked by: GlenR
The meter only shows the percentage of the charge scale, the IM’s description is not accurate. Vendor will revise the IM, sorry for any inconvenience.

Does charge level on front mean whats left or what's done.

Asked by: Rick 67
The front of the charger is the ammeter to determine when the battery is charged.
