Buyer Beware

Total garbage. I bought this in March and now, in May, I’m having battery issues with only 58 miles driven. I charged it to 100% a few days ago and today, it’s at 28% without driving it an inch. Charged it again to 100% and a few hours later it went down to 0% without driving it. Dependability is a zero and there’s obviously no quality control measures implemented in their manufacturing. What company can succeed when product issues arise at 58 miles? Now, I have to get it repaired, which is under warranty, but I will incur several hundred dollars in personal cost to have it transported to a certified repair shop. It could cost me between $300-$500 to have it towed. I don’t own a trailer and the warranty doesn’t include transportation. Tractor Supply is known for selling quality items and this is missing the mark on so many levels. I’m surprised TSC is still partnering with Racka because they are making them look bad. This is an inferior product and a true example of you get what you pay for.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Not Happy

Bought it, loaded it on the trailer, took it to the cottage for Memorial Day weekend, Error message. The cart was in limp mode with an error code. Had to trailer it back home and now I’m waiting for a tech person to call me back. Not good. Not happy.

Do Not Buy

I bought this golf cart less than a year ago and have already had issues with the battery and the screen has gone out. The warranty is voided by me having to use an extension cord to charge since the charger is just 4 foot long. Absolutely not worth the money or difficulty.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Impressive Design. Outstanding quality!

Purchased 15 months ago for wife's Christmas present. She loves it. Grand kids love it. I love it. Very well made and excellent ergonomics. Thoughtful features as a result of years of customer feedback. Easy to charge though charging is infrequent. Large battery capacity.
Great for hauling gardening, lawn maintenance tools. Or you can even haul golf clubs.
Built in safety features that are appreciated. Running lights and headlights and turn signals for street operation if needed.
This was my first major purchase (over $500) from Tractor Supply and I appreciate even more their always friendly and helpful service. Other stores should take note of their outstanding customer care.
It has more speed than you need the power to haul four folks around easily.
As an Industrial Designer I found the machine to be a bargain.
