This bike was quickly put together and shipped out the door. Made terrible noise and vibrated terribly. Removed the primary cover and found that the clutch assembly was installed inproperly, and wobbled causing the vibration that shook the whole bike. Some how it passed QC inspection. I removed it and found it didn't fit properly, and was deliberately left that way. After filing off some material I was able to get the clutch cover to go on correctly. Poor quality control, and assembly!!

Ordering this through TSC has been a disaster. I ordered two bike to only have confirmation of both available but only one ship. I called customer service to tell me there is nothing they can do because “both” bikes shipped. I was advised to order another bike. The “third” bike was confirmed and then cancelled by the warehouse. Customer service advised i order a “fourth” bike to replace the two cancelled bikes. The original bike was scheduled for delivery only to. Have the delivery cancelled during the delivery window. I called customer service again to have them tell me they just must be busy and offer no help again. The like was delivered 4 days late and I had to call The shipper directly. Upon delivery the bike arrived with damage and missing parts. I called TSC yet again to be told there is nothing they can do and I should call Coleman directly. Coleman is making this difficult and can not supply replacement parts for over two weeks. Buy elsewhere. I am now in the middle of a claim with Coleman and have a $1000 bike that can not be ridden!

This is a great camp bike. Great for new beginner's and a run back and forth adult bike. I gave a 4 because the store put ours together and it had a few broken and cracked plastics. We did not want to take the time to return as it was a gift for our Granddaughter.

Front brake caliper was broken before I brought it home. Disappointed is an understatement.
