Terrible paperwork and directions on fine item!

I would give the actual product a 5* but the directions in the packet were almost incomprehensible. Sketches were just awful and text was obviously written by someone whose English was their second or third language. We finally got it assembled but no thanks to the enclosed direction sheets.
