The instructions helped, but I had to go onto YouTube to understand how to fit the pieces together and it is not truly a one-person construction piece, I am 77 years old and the carton weighed over 40 pounds when delivered, so I had to take care bringing it inside. Once I started putting it together, I had to purchase tools (Must have Rubber Mallet; 7/16 in and 1/2 in wrenches and socket set with rachet. Make sure the pieces are not warm or hot from the weather, the resin will swell and get sticky and it makes the pieces hard to put together. You can manage the lid install alone, but you need to brace the lid upright against a wall or solid surface to screw down the bolts. I had to take breaks, take my time and pace myself to get it done. Now it is together and have it on my patio. It is a light tan color, so it blends into the concrete patio even though my complex is a light gray and white. Also, when you get the panels put together you must flip the box over and use the smallest crews to make sure the half-moon pieces that come through the bottom, do not slip back through the entry holes over time. These flaps do not screw into anything; they are just anchors to prevent the half-moon flap from slipping back out of the hole slot. The video on YouTube made it look like they bend down and crewed into the black underneath, but the screw just prevents the flap from moving up back through the entry hole. Good Luck!

I just got this box and it was easy to use. I have a similar one by the same company and it's a great outdoor box to hold kids toys and other outdoor equipment.
