Might be because it being the first time having a bump cap, but it did take a while to get used to. At first it just felt weird wearing it for the first couple of days, but after that it got more comfortable. The material feels alittle thin for my liking. Wearing it for 8 hours monday through Friday. I thought it would possibly make my head hurt from wearing it that long but it didn't. Which is a good thing. Overall it is a good product. Just needs some fine tweaking done to it.

I may never take this off. I've done 2 attic jobs since I got the Bump Cap, and I love this thing. Usually for attic and low ceiling jobs, I have to wear a full hardhat to keep the dome safe and sound. This Bump Cap is a much more comfortable, lightweight, and breathable alternative that made a huge difference in my comfort level on the job. I tried the liner in my baseball cap to see if it would fit. It did, and I'll be wearing it at every practice and game I coach. It is so light and breathable that you honestly don't feel it on. Feeling safer from the runaway baseballs already. Cheers Ergodyne, great job on this one.

This is a nice bump cap, I just wish that the cushion was fastened down a little better as it peels up easily.

Very light, not high profile, breathing nice and head is not swearæting during Miami summer heat. Will try it in the ship engine environment soon.
