The Skullerz Class C Full Brim Hard Hat with Ratchet Suspension is heavy-duty yet lightweight and comfortable head protection built to protect the top of the head from falling objects or bumping into stationary objects. A padded, moisture-wicking and odor-resistant sweatband and top pad lines the sides, forehead and top interior of the hard hat and is removable for easy replacement. This full-brim hard hat helps keeps rain away from the eyes and provides extra protection against falling or flying debris. Also offers all-around protection from the sun, humidity and heat. The open frame design in combination with the adjustable venting offers the best of both worlds: a cooler hard hat in the heat and a dry hard hat in the rain.

  • Includes removable hard hat sweatband and top padding made of breathable, sweat-wicking and odor resistant, machine washable materials
  • Flexible open frame improves air circulation and adjustable venting allows for a cooler hard hat in the heat and a dry hard hat in the rain
  • Easy, one-handed adjustment knob pivots to clear bandana or ponytail knots and improve fit

I can officially say this is the most comfortable hard hat I have ever worn! The vents make hot days a little more bearable and being able to close them of is going to have its perks in the winter. My co worker Bob feels the same about his hard hat as well. I really like the matte finish (although my next one won’t be white, because my daily job is far to dirty for that lol). I especially like the machine washable insert for the headgear, it makes it much easier to stay fresh and comfortable. I have let quite a few people try it on and they were all quite impressed. The only complaint that I have encountered from people with larger heads is that the slot where the light clips in almost comes in contact with the back of their head when adjusted correctly. My head thanks you for the extremely thought out and well built hard hat with the working man/woman in mind!
