Great Little Coop

This is a nice sturdy coop, not to mention very cute also!
There is 4 nesting bars, 3 inside and 1 outside in the run.
My girls will only be inside the run when I am not home. I
have 3 regular sized hens and 3 bantams and they fit perfect!
I don’t think that 6 regular sized hens would fit comfortably in this coop,

Area is secure, I did upgrade the door to an automatic door. The run is metal and seems
Very sturdy. I also added weather stripping to the nesting box and extra screws. (Just for my
peace of mind) I also added the extra screws that were left over to the roof.
I am 52 and able to move it with no issues, I was also able to put this together by myself in 4 hours, the only time I needed help
was when I added the nesting boxes.

Cute coop, but not quality

We purchased this coop because of how it Looked. When we received the box, we immediately noticed that they changed the roof panels so the groove is rotated 90 degrees. Only about 1/2 of the holes are predrilled, so we had to do that. We were missing a few screws. The welds on the side panels were already starting to break. Fasteners were relatively low quality. After 1 month of use, the side door hinges were starting to fall off due to the small size of screw provided. Overall, I’m super pleased with the look of coop, but it is low quality and requires additional work and materials to last with daily use.

Pretty Decent Coop

I love the design and having wheels to move the coop. It is solidly designed and constructed. I had to add some things though like filling in draft gaps in the rippled sides of the roof, securing the coop & box floors from predators, and adding better, predator-proof locks. I hear the roof cracks & leaks over time so I'm seeking pre-emptive solutions to that too.

Inadequate space and poor roost quality.

I will NEVER buy from this company again- they promote ANIMAL ABUSE by advertising that this coop is adequate for up to 6 chickens. This movable coop is at best good enough for two chickens to graze in.
And their ROOSTING BARS are TOO SMALL and constantly fall off of the brackets. (And my chickens are not big by any means)
I’m ashamed that Tractor Supply sells these

We don't have chickens, but we do have two rabbits. This coop is roomy and sturdy enough so it also works for them as well. The wheels and large handle make it easy to move around.The design allows enough space for a mid size fan outside but isn't overpowering, and the screening and roofing materials are enough to protect them from both the sun and small to mid size predators. We were lucky enough to catch it on sale and for what we paid for it, we are more than happy. With light use we anticipate 2 or 4 years out of it. If you demand heavy duty performance service and want something built like a state prison, this probably isn't for you. But for an inexpensive entry into a slower paced environment or getting young kids introduced into animal aspects of country living its better than good enough.
