Not TS fault, poor design

Would be an ok product however the roof panels need to be screwed into the metal beams with brass screws and there are no pre drilled holes like every other piece. Called the “help desk” of the vendor and was told you need to drill them yourself, keep in mind nowhere in the instructions does it state that. If I didn’t have a drill I’d be up a creek

Put this up so my cats could be outside without coyotes, hawks or owls hurting them. Holds up to monsoon weather. I did fasten it to the patio concrete so the wind won't move it. Best enclosure I could find on line.
