Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Pelican, but it'll do. I bought this for a trip to Puerto Rico do shoot video of hurricane relief work. Insuring professional camera gear is extremely expensive and incredibly difficult so a good case is usually the best bet. Pelican cases are as tough as they get, but they weigh almost as much as the gear you put in them. This case is pretty light. It traveled fine and protected everything in it well. It's really tough given the weight of the thing. I can stand on it, but I'm only about 175 soaking wet. The other case I traveled with didn't do as well. It made the trip and nothing got lost or broken, but the case will never leave the house again. It was similar to cases I used in the military. They had a big label that said Gorilla On Wheels. They were OK as long as you knew who was handling your stuff. This case is well worth what they typically get for them.
