Sometimes called Star Flower, Illicium Scorpio is a flowering evergreen popular for its remontancy, or ability to flower multiple times during a season. Its glossy green leaves provide perfect contrast for the vibrant crimson flowers that appear in spring. While its appearance may remind you of the Chinese Star Anise, it's important to note that Illicium Scorpio is not edible.
