The Leupold BackCountry series comes in cross-slot and ringmount styles that accept both Picatinny and Weaver-style rings. This cross-slot model is specifically designed to fit any riflescope with a 35mm main tube. Constructed with incredibly lightweight 7075-T6 aluminum and a milled in recoil lug and low-profile keeper screw, the BackCountry series is one of our lightest and most rugged hunting-style mounts yet.

These work great. Personally, I prefer the ½" hex heads over the T27 torx. Either way they still work and hold just like you would expect.

I put these on a 300 PRC with a 5-25 Mark5HD scope. These have remained tight. Easy installation and quality hardware. I won't hesitate to use these again!!!
