My horse rubbed more than half her tail out 22 months ago after a bad hive episode with raised itchy spots all over her tail. I've tried a number of products but settled in on this one 9 months ago. Since finding this product I have regrown her tail to its original if not fuller condition and she has not had a single repeat attack of the hives. It is not yet full length due to the time it takes for hair to grow but it will reach full length by end of this winter. I do use very liberally and daily. It seems to condition her skin and hair. Hair is left smelling good, soft, manageable and easy to brush.

This product definitely is not worth the money. I don't mind spending on expensive products, if it's a good product. However, this detangler, although it smells lovely, it left a grimy film on the tail, the spray bottle is not comfortable to hold, and the sprayer doesn't work well. It does not last long, and it seemed to knot the tail worse than before. Not happy with this product. You're better off with Sow Sheen

This is a great product I used it to condition my filly's mane when braiding it to tame it all to one side. Braiding makes me worry about breakage, but using this to keep the hair healthy seemed tot do the trick and after 4 months of braiding her mane is now trained to one side, thick, full and long. It seems to soften the hair to prevent breakage. The smell is amazing, but it is very pricey which is the only drawback.

The product is so thick that it doesn't come out the spray nozzle. I think the only way to make this work is to water it down or use your hands to comb it through manually. Not what I was looking for.
