Love the heat feature!

This Keystone air conditioner with supplemental heat has been a great addition to our home. It cools the room relatively fast and keeps it comfortable. The supplemental heat feature is a huge bonus too, it’s perfect for those chilly mornings or evenings so you don’t have to turn on the main heat. Installing it was pretty straight forward and easy. It also comes with a handy remote control, which makes adjusting the settings and temperature super convenient from across the room. It seems to be reliable, efficient, and does what it’s supposed it!

This thing is a BEAST! It cools down quickly and efficiently!!!! It is heavy though, but very easy to install. Easy to turn off and on, cools down a room very fast and stays cool. The room was very comfortable.

Keystone 12,000/11,600 BTU 230V Window Air Conditioner with 11,000 BTU Supplemental Heating unit is so nice. We are liking it so much in our home. It so nice to be able to warm up my home in the Spring Mornings when its chilly out and then as the days warm up when can cool down the house with the air conditioner all in one unit. Perfect size for my first level home. The controls seems pretty easy to understand and still learning the different settings. This air conditioner looks very durable. Looks like its made very well too.
