Coolant ran out in under 2 years. Far too expensive of a product to be useless in less than 2 years. Flat rate repair was almost as much as the original price. Also not a quiet unit

Died after 1.5 years!

I have owned this 1.5 years and now it sets an error code that Freon is low and does not cool. Not a product I would recommend. We had and LG frig that died an early death too. Not a brand name I would trust.

Horrible AC! I've gone through two of these units. The first unit lasted two years and the second died in one year right out of the warranty period. Just stopped cooling, pieces of junk! Never buying from this brand again!
