Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great welder very well built. The welder worked perfectly right out of the box. I’m running flux core wire. Welds very well. I just picked up my tank for Mig welding with gas. I don’t anticipate any problems.

what does MIG mean

Asked by: puddin
MIG welding stands for metal inert gas welding. It was originally used to weld non-ferrous metals such as aluminum. It eventually was used on steel too. It is a quicker method of welding as compared to other methods of welding.

Can you use E70T-6 on this machine? If so, what is the max wire size?

Asked by: Mr3kgtjr
That type of wire is generally made in large diameters. If you find that wire in an .030 or .035 then the 140 will run it.
