Coated grass seed

My established yard wasn't looking good, so I decided to overseed with the Premium Tall Fescue. It was the right time of the year, but dry. I have a large yard, and it's really not practical for me to water. It's been 11 days since I sowed the seed, but we have only had 1/10 inch of rain since that time. I'm not sure that I see any of the new grass at this time. I did aerate before sowing the seed, and ran over the yard with a cultipacker after sowing to help get seed to soil contact. I also fertilized with starter fertilizer after sowing. An additional comment about the coating- I got some seed on the asphalt driveway and tried to blow it off with a leaf blower. I didn't get all of it, and it left a (hopefully) temporary stain on the pavement. I'm hoping for a decent stand of new grass after we get some rain.
