We have a very small yard and two Labradors, between having a garage built and wear from the dogs we needed something more resilient than the seed blanket we used last year. It did not last. This seed has been amazing for us.

We started with fresh topsoil, used a seed spreader on the exact setting the back of the bag said. The seed was covered with 1/8 inch of top soil after that, despite frequent watering ensuring it remains moist in the hot days it has barely grown. The majority of the topsoil is still bare, some spots have grown a few strands but id definitely recommend a more reliable seed like scotts
