Exellent results in central Florida
I Exellent quick grass just need to be deep enough in the ground to grow quickly. I recommend at least 0.5" deep even if you overseed like I did do seed first than spread some sandy soil before you cut your old grass and start watering it every other day for 10-15min. and you will get within weeks very quick results.

Packaging is misleading
This is not pure Bahiagrass but a blend of Bahiagrass and annual ryegrass. Read the seed tag sewn into the seam. I did not have that option because I ordered online. Product description does not mention it being a blend. Only 36% Bahiagrass.

Just buy Rye

Almost zero germination of the Bahia and great germination of the rye. The Bahia had no chance to establish. Bad mix just buy rye or pure Bahia elsewhere .
