The Growtrax Big roll covers 100 sq.ft. (2.08 ft x 48 ft) and contains Seed, Micro Pellet Fertilizer and Fabric. Good product

Good peoduct to help eliminate erosion on hills f9r new seeded areas. Do not install with any wind otherwise the product will rip and fly away. Watering is a must otherwise the seeds dont grow. This product grows well if you have the extra time to maintain it daily. Seed and hay are better if you're looking for a sew it and forget it option.

Only 1/3 of seeds sprouted

I watered 3 times a day, prepped the soil really well, and only 1/3 of the seeds had sprouted. It's been 23 days since I planted, and am very disappointed. I delayed planting a few weeks, so I am outside the cash back guarantee window. Now I have a huge water bill and a terrible lawn.

I am so sorry to hear about the difficulties that you have experienced—that is definitely not the result we want for our customers. You should see germination, which is green sprouts coming up, within 10–14 days (or 14–30 days for Bermuda or Kentucky Blue). That being said, there are many factors that can also affect germination like sunlight, temperatures, watering, and soil health. We understand how frustrating this experience must be, especially after the time and effort you’ve put into preparing and maintaining your lawn. Tried it out with one of the smaller rolls first just to see if it would actually work—and it did way better than I expected. It filled in so nicely that I went back and ordered more. Now I’m grabbing the biggest roll they have to redo my entire lawn
