This ensures maximum power connection to the cutterhead and The manual was written by our U.S.-based Technical Documentation Department and is packed with useful information. The complete and easy-to-read manual makes it easier to assemble and maintain your machine. The Customer Service and Technical Support Teams are also U.S.-based. Parts for this machine may be available online and shipped from the parts warehouse in Springfield, MO.

Solid/powerful machine for heavy duty planing work

The weight and sold build of this planer is impressive. Very happy with the power provided by the 5hp motor for this wide dimension planer. I run a small horizontal bandsaw mill and this planer will help me keep up with the mill output to provide finished lumber for my projects. Initial setup was a bit tricky because the instructions were missing a few steps -- but anyone that has a need for a planer of this scale will have no problem figuring out the missing bits.
