Bought this Jointer about 6 months ago for home use ...I work in a shop which we use a powermatic ...the grizzly is just as good ...no problems !

Spot On Out of the Crate

Jointer arrived undamaged and ready to go right out of the box. Checked the outfeed table alignment with the cutterhead and it was spot on. Checked the tables for co-planer alignment/parallelism and they were spot on. Set the fence to 90 degrees and it was a perfect 90. Ran the first oak stock through the jointer and it came out smooth as silk!! I use all rough sawn oak and cherry lumber so this beauty is the ticket to smooth dimensional lumber!

Worth the effort.

Fantastic jointer. Cuts like a dream. Warning, setting it up will take a full day. I recommend watching videos for different techniques on how to setup. But once it is aligned... Holy smokes does it joint well.
