Bought stove in October and installed about a month ago. Was working good, house wa kept warm until a couple of days ago. Fan was going off and on and then house smelled of smoke and minutes later smelled of melting plastic. We turned off and unplugged, husband touched the stove and got a little shocked when it was still plugged in. Called the customer support and waited for 10 minutes and request for a call back. No call back. Would not recommend stove.
No, I do not recommend this product.
