Great heat output for size

Good size stove for smaller space and really nice heat output for a smaller stove. Running strong since install. Nice touch screen controls. Includes outside air kit.

Bought it at tractor supply second season and it works as it should. Auger is a little loud but it’s in my cabin that I use on weekends in the winter.

Poor Quality

Bought stove in October and installed about a month ago. Was working good, house wa kept warm until a couple of days ago. Fan was going off and on and then house smelled of smoke and minutes later smelled of melting plastic. We turned off and unplugged, husband touched the stove and got a little shocked when it was still plugged in. Called the customer support and waited for 10 minutes and request for a call back. No call back. Would not recommend stove.

Bought it just a little bit over a month ago and its been amazing 658 hours straight so far and absolutely zero issues. Ran perfectly right out the box to no need to dial it in.
