Disappointed

I would love to offer a review, but haven’t received my purchase yet. I ordered Oct 29 and it was supposed to arrive at my local store Nov 3. It’s now Nov 13. The only person I was able to contact was at the local store. They were helpful but couldn’t offer any other information than what I already had. The customer support phone has been impossible to connect with and the email I sent has yet to be responded to.
