Q: I bought this vacume and now looking for filters. Not getting any answers at store. I spent a lot of money on this thing. It would be a shame if I had to shell out another 80.00 for somthing thats still being advertised on this website.

Q: Trying to track down this replacement filter for one of our customers. This is Sergio in store #1663. By reading the reviews, I see a number of negative comments regarding availability of this filter. Can it be replaced by any other vac filter?

- A: Not sure why TSC thinks I can answer this question but here goes. I got out my fortune telling cards out and asked the cards if TSC will make the filter available and got no answer .A couple of years ago I bought a fireplace vacuum and immediately bought extra filters (online). The box with the filter has no number but if this is what you are looking for I might consider selling you one of mine for, say, $50. No longer carry red stone replacement filter

I have been trying to purchase replacement filters for my Red Stone Ash Vacume since November 2020, with no luck either in store or on TS website. They still sell them however. I would say they no longer carry them and will soon stop selling the vacume. The suck for people that have purchased this vacume. Bad business. I have always liked TS but this may have me search elsewhere.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Has to be the cheapest filter on the market, might not be the best one out there but you cant beat the value at this price point. Performs decently, I normally buy 3 or 4 of them per year but I burn about 6 tons of pellets per season.
