We recently bought this heater, easy to assemble, looks great, had a little trouble getting it to stay lit. We kept trying many times, played with hose , reconnected valve, that seemed to work and ran it for 1/2 hour. If you’re close to it around 5 feet you stay warm , further away you dont. We are going to try the heat shield on it see if improves that. I wish bottom part had a door to open to check tank, instead of having to lift it up. It does look really nice. We will keep it . I wouldnt tell anyone not to buy it but I would be honest about the product.

This product is well made, always lights, and is a pleasure to use. My wife who is always afraid of gas heaters does not even flinch when she goes to start this product. Extremely easy to assemble. You have a customer for life!

Most reliable patio heater I’ve ever used

I just bought another Fire Sense patio heater to enjoy the cool evenings. The assembly instructions are easy to follow. As soon as it was put together I connected it to a propane tank and ignited it. I have had another Fire Sense for a few years and it has always worked beautifully. Have tried other brands but they don’t hold up. I’m sticking with Fire Sense.
