Heater is junk and warranty is a joke

Heater stopped working after almost nine months. Contacted customer service and they said there weren't any replacement parts available so if I could prove proof of purchase they would send replacement. Proof of purchase was found and video was sent of defective product. Now all of a sudden there are replacement parts available and I felt insulted as rep asked me if the propane tank was actually full after repeatedly telling them on an earlier call I have tried using the product with two brand new tanks. Now they will send the part but you have to find a certified technician to fix it and they will reimburse. Do yourself a favor and buy another brand of heater that will last longer than nine months.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible used it once and stopped working.

Terrible product, I bought this model # AGPH-40SS In fall of 2021 it was used one time, then it wouldn’t work again, I’ve checked the 20 lb propane tank it’s full I switched it will a brand new tank I just had filled won’t work! I turned the gas on can’t smell propane, the self igniter battery is new and I can hear the spark. I think the pressure regulator in the burner is junk.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Love/Hate Relationship

This was an amazing deal. The heat that this puts off is amazing on those cold nights! Rather than standing over a heater as we typically do we could sit and let the heat come down to us.
The ONLY reason this isn’t a 5 star is how fast it uses propane. If you use this on high a store bought tank will probably only last a few uses. Other than that, great product.
