Caution to the person reading this review. This machine is a delicate flower. I purchased it December 29, 2022 and first storm 20 days later. Day before the storm I filled the oil, gas, and started the machine. NOTE: THE DIPSTICK IS VERY HARD TO READ EVEN WITH MAGNIFY GLASSES It started, ran for 10 seconds, puffed smoke and died. Diagnosis at an authorized agent: USER ERROR Overfill of oil destroyed the carburetor. Can not get replacement part til April of 2023.. after the snow season. What a hunk of junk! Amazing that this machine was destroyed by adding too much oil.. couldn't even be burned off. Never again will I buy a cub cadet product Customer service was ok

I love my cub cadet 26 inch two stage snowblower

I’ve owned a cub cadet 26 inch two stage snowblower for eight winters. I did not add anything into the machine except for tru fuel gas. The oil dipstick it’s not hard to read like one other person said. There was no need to add any other fluid besides gas when you get this new. It cleans up 2 feet of snow pretty easily. My driveway is probably 50x10 feet wide with another 10x20 feet as an L shape. One disappointment is, I got something caught up inside the auger and instead of the sher pins breaking the brass worm gear broke. The sher pins just bent a little bit. I paid $335 for a new auger assembly with a couple parts. Chase and Jeff from P & P Small Engines in Iowa were really awesome in getting me my part quickly, accurately, a great price, packaged well, and before this record-breaking snowstorm!

It ran for 15 munutes.jammed up.theb the Augur belt snapped.took the plaatic cover.all rusts inside.they sent me a floor model.

Arrived rusted and paint peeling.

More rust than the 15yr old unit I'm replacing. Primer bulb is faded and plastic is hard like it sat in the sun for a couple years. Hopper has rust and paint is bubbling up. Not what I expected from TSC.
