Knob gas leak and fire!

The stove is a perfect compact size and seems to boil water quickly and cook camp meals efficiently. However, after using about 10 times I lit the stove and it seems the fuel knob leaked and blew flames around my hand. Very surprising! The delivery tube is checked and tightened regularly. I work on gas stoves of many types and can inspect this. Perhaps the packing around the knob shaft can be tightened. This is all good, but this is a brand new stove and I am hesistant to mess with it. I will probably return it to where i bought it unless you want it to inspect.

these are really great for camping. they are awesome for hiking with scouts. very convenient to store and carry in a backpack. they are easy to clean.

If you are looking for a one burner propane camp stove, this is it. It was super efficient and hot. It was sturdy and It also will adjust down to a nice low simmer when needed. Good little burner
