The Carry-On Trailer Spring Type Tie Plate helps hold the springs to the axle. This tie plate fits most 3,500 lb. rated axles and 2-3/8 in. dia. axle tubes. The spring type tie plate can be used with both square and round U-bolts. Each pack includes two tie plates. Use with 515T U-bolt kit.

    A bit expensive, but very heavy duty.

    My previous 1 star review was based on their lack of information about the hole distance in the product. I purchased it and it will work for my needs, so I'm providing the measurements for the rest of you: short edge - 3.8" holes on short edge (inside hole edge to inside hole edge) 1.75" holes on short edge (outside hole edge to outside hole edge) 2.85" long edge - 5.4" holes on long edge (inside hole edge to inside hole edge) - 2.38" hole diameters (4 corner holes) - .55" hole diameter (center hole) - .65 holes on long edge (outside hole edge to outside hole edge) 3.49" thickness .21" very heavy duty

    NEED THE DISTANCES BETWEEN THE HOLES!

    Without listing the distance between the holes, for both length and width, it's useless to try to see if this will fit my needs
