The Carry-On Trailer EZ Lube Idler Axle has a 72 in. hub face and 58.5 in. spring seat spacing. The idler axle fits 5-lug wheels with 4.5 in. bolt pattern. Q: With the arch on the axle pointing up, the welded on bracket that sets on the leaf spring is on the bottom of the axle, which means the axle has to sit on top of the leaf spring. Thats not going to work. Is there a solution for this?

BAD Info, Good Axle

The axle seems fine except for a dented grease cap. My problem is that the axle is 2 3/8" diameter and not 3" like I specifically asked in the Q&A. I can use this 2 3/8" diameter axle but I bought saddles and a U bolt kit based on 3" diameter that product support said it was. Now I have to return those parts and order new and its going to delay my project. Hopefully Tractor supply will take care of me in some fashion and I can report how awesome their customer support is in my upcoming YouTube video on Projects with Paul. I will follow up. Thanks
