Unprofessional. Lack of organization and systems

I ordered the product via online for “same day delivery”. The product was delivered same day as promised, the completely incorrect product and I needed it for operations that were to take place within my business that day. After chasing down the customer support line for 2 days and finally getting in contact with someone I was informed they never had the part to begin with that’s why they just took my money and sent me what they had. I now have to ship back to them the part and wait for a refund. On top of them order from the main warehouse the part I need and wait a week for it to arrive which is going to cost me money within my business.
No, I do not recommend this product.
