Works well. It is easy for this 75-year-old fit man to get his 70-pound electric bike onto and off the rack. Check the screws, I found some that were preinstalled to be loose to the point of almost falling out. The bike feels secure when fully strapped in, but it still seems to jiggle more than I would like while driving at highway speeds. The slider in the back to secure the back wheel is difficult to move and properly secure. I believe it is over priced, at nearly $300.

So far so good, almost. I put it on my motorhome, then my electric bicycle on it, today. The lone set back is the 2 straps along the bottom rail that hold the wheels to the rail. The locking system does NOT work correctly at either location. Too late to do anything about it, I am headed out in the morning. Thankful for multiple zip ties, which are doing the job that the straps are supposed to be doing.
No, I do not recommend this product.
