Got it, put it together and on my cars tow hitch. A little flimsy but sturdy enough. Went to put our bike on and.........both hooks were the same, so only ably to properly secure one bike. The bike closes to the vehicle is secured, the other bike needs the proper securing hook that they don't sell separately and they won't just send me without returning the whole thing.

Product listing is wrong and not as described on the site. This product is Young Electric & does NOT fold down. Instructions are complicated and I can’t get it to fit in the hitch. Something is wrong and almost missing the straps to hold the bike!

My review of the rack is simple it is a decent quality rack. BUT there is something in the description that isn't true. It is that the rack can be leaned back for your hatch able to be opened. The thing is you DON'T get a Rockland brand rack when you order it you get a Young Electric brand one which DOESN'T tilt back. I ordered it twice thinking that they picked the wrong one from inventory. So just wanted other buyers to know this. Like I said it is a decent quality rack but not what is pictured on the website.
