Havnxt decided if I'm keeping it yet. It is a different brand than the one listed on the website. This product does not fold down to let you open the hatch. Annoying but not the end of the world.

Nice bike carrier but not a Rockland carrier

Nice overall carrier. Slightly better than the Hyper Tough carrier and not quite as good as the Rockland. This is a Young Electric brand carrier, not Rockland as advertised. The only difference is the Rockland tilts, and the Young Electric does not. It would be nice to get what you pay for. I don't understand why Tractor Supply can't get it right.

Wrong parts

Got it, put it together and on my cars tow hitch. A little flimsy but sturdy enough. Went to put our bike on and.........both hooks were the same, so only ably to properly secure one bike. The bike closes to the vehicle is secured, the other bike needs the proper securing hook that they don't sell separately and they won't just send me without returning the whole thing.
