This bike rack doesn’t tilt. The bike rack is not even the correct brand. NOT A ROCKLAND as advertised. I received other brand. Looks the same I felt misled by the adversment. If the tilt feature is not in issue, could be a decent buy for the price.

A much better way to hold and transport 2 bikes. Very well made, sturdy, heavy duty materials. The rack (even with bikes on) tilts to allow access to rear hatch of an SUV. I recommend you buy this one.
